A unique idea, but inefficient service and poor streaming experience

Although the content is exclusive and highly entertaining, there are too many disappointments. It is the least to say that the video quality is poor, and the camera does not even follow the game on the opposite side of the field. Instead, it would track to mid-field and then return to the near side to follow any movement it saw. At least 70% of the filming takes place apart from the game's action.
There is no customer service as well as no NFHS Network free trial period. You always get directed back to the main website. They do not respond to your problems.
